Receipt Operations

Receipts operations are working as follows: An order is created in the MW (or received from the ERP). The storekeeper obtains its information in his PDA by scanning or entering the order code. Then the storekeeper proceeds to the partial or complete authorization of the receipt order based on what the supplier has brought with him to the warehouse.

Order

The Receipt Order can be created in the MW : Inventory > Receipts Order, then the 3rd tab 'Add Receipt Order'

Mandatory fields are :

  • Request Department (It can be created in Administration > Request Department)
  • Supplier
  • Items Zone

Optional fields are :

  • Order Code (serves to identify this receipt order in the ERP if MS3 is integrated to an ERP)
  • Invoice Id (serves to identify the receipt authorization after the receipt order has been authorized in the PDA)
